The overwhelming response from season one of '7 Exclusive Matcha Dessert Recipes by Malaysia’s Most Influential Cafes and Baker' has made season two come alive, together with fellow Malaysia’s elegant bakers and exciting ingredients to play with.
Season one was conducted in mid-2017 in collaboration with some of the most influential bakers and dessert cafes in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
The main goals are: to inspire new bakers and to encourage those who want to start baking, with a gentle push by established bakers who are generous enough to specially come up with their original simple Matcha-based dessert recipes for everyone to try.
Plus, we featured their personal journey and stories as words of encouragement and motivation for people out there to never stop chasing their passion!
This time around, we arranged an even more exciting line-up of extraordinary bakers to put their skills to the test, by having them experiment with new ingredients and using it to portray their signature creative touch!
The Challenge: to come up with a SIMPLE home dessert recipe with our classic YURI / Matcha Powder, and this time we also added in TSUBAKI / Houjicha Powder to heat up the game!
