Matcha Cream Cheese Chocolate Brownies

*This recipe uses Thermomix.
Ingredients
6 Eggs
250 g Bittersweet Chocolate
220 g Unsalted butter
350 g sugar
150 g Cake Flour
150 g Walnuts
200 g Cream Cheese
50 g Sugar
6 g YURI / Matcha Powder
1 egg yolk
Method To Assemble
- Grind chocolate in the mixing bowl, set the Thermomix at 5 Sec / Speed 7.
- Add unsalted butter, 4 mins / 70 / Speed 2 to melt.
- Add sugar, eggs, cake flour and a pinch of salt for 1 min / speed 4.
- Lastly, add in walnut and mix for 10 sec / speed 4.
- Whisk cream cheese soft and add in sugar, whisk till smooth.
- Add 1 egg yolk and sift YURI / Matcha powder and stir well.
- Add on top of the chocolate brownie in a square baking tray, use a stick to create marble texture and bake at 170°C / 30 mins.
- Sprinkle with matcha powder or decorate with gold flake on top!
Tip: Put more matcha cream cheese batter on top layer to get a nice swirled marble effect look.
