RECIPE
Matcha Adzuki Panna Cotta

Ingredients
10g YURI / Matcha Powder
150g Whipping Cream
150g Milk
60g sugar
10g Gelatin Powder
Red bean paste
Method To Assemble
- Gelatin Powder + water stir well, set aside.
- YURI / Matcha Powder + 1/3 milk, whisk till smooth, and add the remaining of milk stir well set aside.
- Add whipping cream, sugar, matcha milk into a pot for boiling at low heat.
- Add in gelatin mixture from step 1, stir well until barely simmering.
- Sift the mixture and pour into cups, ramekins or any container at your preference, store in fridge at least 3 hours.
- Put some red bean paste and sprinkle matcha powder on top of Panna Cotta, and ready to dig in!
