RECIPE
Matcha Bread Pudding

Recipe uses a 8x3" loaf pan
Ingredients
Fresh or Leftover bread / pastry / toast
50 mL Milk (can opt for any kind of milk)
20g Stevia (can be adjust base on the the bread sweetness)
3 Large Eggs

Method To Assemble
- Prepare leftover bread. Cut them into pieces or hand tear as I did.
- Place them in the pan until 3/4 full, that's the bread we are going to use for this recipe.
- Mix YURI / Matcha powder, stevia & milk until fully dissolved.
- Add eggs to the mixture & mix well.
- Soak the prepared bread into the wet mixture, let them sit for a few minutes until fully soak. (For me I didn't let them fully soak because I would like some bread texture within)
- Place the soaked bread into the pan. Into the oven, bake for 30 - 40 mins under 150°C.
Tip: Best served with Matcha / Vanilla Ice cream!
