Adaptogenic Matcha Tea

Ingredients
3/4 tsp REN / Matcha Powder
1/2 tsp Organic Raw Red Maca Powder
1/2 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Powder
135ml Warm water 70°C
Method To Assemble
- Sift all ingredients through a sieve into a small bowl.
- Add about 40ml warm water, whisk thoroughly with ASAGAO / Chasen till frothy.
- Top up with the rest of the warm water. Serves straight immediately or over ice.
Tip: You can also top up with warm milk instead if you want to try adaptogenic matcha latte.
