Ajisai Matcha Dalgona Latte

Ingredients
5g AJISAI / Matcha Powder
75ml Whipping Cream
15ml -20ml Sugar Syrup (at your preference)
Milk
Method To Assemble
- Pour Sugar syrup, whipping cream and AJISAI / Matcha Powder in a cup, using Yukiwa Hand Mixer to mix and whisk till smooth and creamy.
- Get a glass and fill with ice cubes and milk, pour over the matcha Dalgona mixture on top and sprinkle some matcha powder. Serve in chill.
