Since the reignition of her passion in baking and a bread-lover herself, she started to create her own recipes such as breads, desserts and drinks. GENMAICHA BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Recipe for 1 bowl
Prep time: around 10 mins
Ingredients
3 or 4 Medium-sized Bananas, about 200g-268g
1 ½ tbsp Almond Milk (or other milk option)
2 tbsp MOKUREN / Genmaicha Powder
2 tbsp Macademia nuts, crushed (optional)
Toppings (Optional, can use any toppings as desired)
Walnuts
Crushed Macadamia Nuts
Chia seeds
Goji berries
Method To Assemble
Cut bananas into chunks and freeze them overnight.
Combine frozen bananas, almond milk, sifted MOKUREN / Genmaicha powder and macadamia nuts in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and thick.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired.
