Kiku Matcha Oats

Ingredients
50g oats soaked in 125ml water
125ml milk of your choice
1 tsp. maple syrup or sugar (optional)
1-2 tsp. KIKU / Matcha powder
Toppings:
Blueberry compote
Dollop of vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. cashew butter
3 tsp. granola
Method To Assemble
Once the oats have soaked in the water for for 20 minutes, add to a saucepan with the milk over low to medium heat.
Sift in the KIKU / Matcha powder and add in the maple syrup or sugar (optional), and stir until the mixture comes together, making sure the matcha powder is incorporated well.
Take off the heat and transfer into a bowl.
Top with a dollop of vanilla yogurt, blueberry compote, cashew butter and granola.
