Garden Fizz Matcha Mocktail

Ingredients
30g Sugar syrup
2 tsp REN / Matcha powder
50g Aloe Vera juice
60g Aloe Vera gel
8 to 10 pieces Citrus Depressa (Limau Kasturi)
Ice
Ginger Ale (or Soda Water for less sweeter version)
Mint leaves
Method To Assemble
- In a small bowl, combine Aloe Vera juice, sugar syrup, and REN / Matcha powder. Brew with YUKIWA / Matcha Mixer until powder is dissolved completely and foamy before setting aside.
- Squeeze the Citrus Depressa and incorporate the juice with Aloe Vera gel, ice, Matcha mixture and mix well.
- Add the mixture into 2 glass cups equally.
- Add in Ginger Ale or soda water.
- Garnish each glass with mint leaves, and it's ready to serve!
