RECIPE
Genmaicha Chocolate Ice Cream Cubes

Prep time : 15 mins, chilled overnight
Serving : 2-3pax or above (depending on the size you cut)
Ingredients
8g MOKUREN / Genmaicha powder
80g Condensed milk
250g whipping cream
100g Chocolate
25g Coconut oil or Cocoa butter
Method To Assemble
1. In a bowl, add MOKUREN / Genmaicha powder and condensed milk in a small bowl, whisk until smooth, set aside
2. Whipping cream whisk till soft and add in MOKUREN / Genmaicha mixture and continue whip until soft peaks
3. Pour into a container / ice cubes containers (silicone material for easy removal) and store in fridge overnight
4. Melt chocolate in double boiler and mix in coconut oil, mix well for smoother texture
5. Take out Genmaicha ice cream from fridge, cut into cubes and dip in chocolate sauce for coating and store in fridge for 15mins. Served chill
This bite-size Genmaicha ice cream has a smooth texture and creamy umami taste, blends well with chocolate coating! But it do melts quick, make sure to store in fridge when needed.
