RECIPE
Genmaicha Coco Bozai
by @liann__b
Recipe for 10 units
Prep time :10mins
Cooked time: 5min (Air-Fryer) / 10min (Oven)
Ingredients
5g MOKUREN / Genmaicha Powder
50g Flour
50g Coconut Flour
50g Coconut Oil
100ml Milk
2g Baking Powder
2g Salt
2x Large Egg
Method To Assemble
- Combine all the ingredient in a large mixing bowl.
- Pick up around 25g dough & roll into a ball with hand. It's ready to cook now! *This recipe can make around 10 balls.
- If you are using an Air-fryer which I did, just cook them under 160C in 5-8mins. I like it slightly moist & soft in the middle so I prefer 5mins.
- If you are using an oven, pre-heat the oven in 160C, and bake them on a tray for 8-12mins.
Tip: Bozai are ready to serve! It can be eaten directly or dip them in cold milk just like I did.
