RECIPE
Matcha Cream Cheese Latte
by @minahmacchiato
Prep time : 10 mins
Ingredients
Matcha latte:
1 tsp YURI / Matcha powder
1 tsp icing sugar
50ml warm water (75-85'C)
120ml Milk (any choice of dairy/plant-base protein)
Ice cubes
Cream Cheese foam:
60ml whip cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 spoonful of cream cheese
3 tsp icing sugar
Pinch of salt
Method To Assemble
- Place all the cream cheese ingredients in a container and mix till it looks super creamy (You can either use YUKIWA / Matcha Mixer to get a faster result or if you want a workout, using a shaker would work too!)
- Mix YURI / Matcha powder, sugar and water in a small bowl.
- In a glass, add ice, milk, and followed by the matcha mixture.
- Once you’re happy with it, just pour it all over your matcha latte, and now you can savour the creamy cheese foam together with the familiar taste of matcha.
Tip: If you want the cream cheese to be fluffier, you should mix it a bit longer to get that whip cream consistency.
