We have seen matcha move far beyond the cup and onto our plates; from matcha latte to matcha granola and matcha cakes! Now you can ‘eat’ your tea by incorporating this nature wonder into your baking and cooking regimen. With the ascending interest in baking and the rising numbers of home bakers, we feel guilty as charged to not play our part to flourish this trend!

This special project was launched to give awareness and exposure to public about the versatility of matcha in pastry world and and the same time, to inspire people and to tickle their creative sense in creating their own favorite pastries and desserts easily at home. It was made happen through collaboration with some of the most influential bakers and dessert cafes in Klang Valley, Malaysia.

They exclusively come out with all new signature matcha creations to be shared with matcha enthusiasts and bakers. While still keeping them doable, all their recipes will play with different techniques and will help bakers to improve and to be more innovative. Apart from that, interview sessions that we have with them will give the insight of their journey to inspire bakers out there to keep on growing.
