Matcha Lychee Tea Cooler

Ingredients
Handful of lychee, deseeded and diced
1tsp MOKUREN / Genmaicha powder
1tsp sugar syrup (optional)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1 tray ice cubes
2-3 whole lychee, to serve
Method To Assemble
1. Place the lychee cubes into the bottom of a glass, and spoon over the sugar syrup (optional)
Add in half the mint leaves, and fill to the top with ice.
2. Whisk the MOKUREN / Genmaicha powder with hot water, until dissolved in a cup. Add in ⅔ cup cold water to the matcha.
3. Pour the matcha mixture into the glass with the lychee and ice.
4. Top with whole lychee and the remaining mint leaves to serve.
