Matcha Mango Shake

Ingredients
Matcha Cream
5g YURI / Matcha powder
15g sugar
30g water
100g whipping cream
Mango Milkshake
80g mango (cut into cubes)
15g sugar
100ml milk
150g ice cubes
Method To Assemble
1. Matcha powder, sugar and hot water, whisk with bamboo chasen till smooth and no lump
2. Add in whipping cream and mix with Akiwa Hand Mixer for velvety and creamy matcha cream, set aside
3. In a blender, put in all ingredients (ice cubes, mango, milk and sugar) and blend till smooth
4. Get a glass, put mango cubes at the bottom, add some ice cubes, pour in mango milkshake and lastly add in matcha mixture on top to create nice layering
5. Garnish with mango cubes or sprinkle some YURI / Matcha powder, serve chilled
This mango matcha shake is a delicious creamy drinks, made with ripe sweet mangoes, milk and blends with matcha cream. Its lightly sweeten but balance with a hint of matcha bitterness, nice colourful layering, definitely eye-catching and insta-worthy as well as good for serving guest under the hot weather!
