minahmacchiato is a home cafe on instagram that started off as experimenting new drinks inspired by the intricate café menus at Seoul, Korea. Picking up this newfound hobby during the quarantine, she encourages her viewers to have fun with colourful ingredients in their drinks. Her home café style videos are bubbly and stress relieving, ranging from iced lattes, refreshing teas, and fruity mixtures.

RECIPE
Matcha Milo

Prep time : 15 mins
Ingredients
3 tsp AJISAI / Matcha powder
2 tsp icing sugar
50ml cold water
50ml Milk (any choice of dairy/plant-base protein)
1 packet of milo
60ml hot water
Ice cubes
Whipped Cream
Chocolate syrup
Method To Assemble
- First, make your AJISAI / Matcha mixture by adding some cold water and your choice of sweetener to it.
- Mix using ASAGAO / Chasen whisk till it gets frothy.
- Start making your Milo just by mixing one packet of it with 60ml of hot water. The key to this drink is to fill your cup with ice, the hot milo then will melt some of the ice.
- You can add some milk to it, and proceed to add your matcha mixture! (Personally, I like to make my own whipped cream rather than using the store bought, it makes a whole difference!)
- Drizzle some chocolate syrup and some matcha powder on it.
