Picking up this newfound hobby during the quarantine, she encourages her viewers to have fun with colourful ingredients in their drinks. RECIPE
Matcha Peaflower Latte

Prep time : 10 mins
Ingredients
2 & 1/4 tsp REN / Matcha powder
2 tsp icing sugar
50ml warm water (75-85'C)
120ml Milk (any choice of dairy/plant-base protein)
Ice cubes
Peaflower mixture:
2 tbsp dried peaflower
100ml warm water (75-85'C)
Method To Assemble
- In a glass, add ice, milk, and followed by the matcha mixture.
- To get the blue color from the drink, it is actually from the dried peaflower! Just add some hot water to it and brew it for a few mins till it turn to your desired purple color.
- Pour the peaflower mixture into the matcha latte and it’ll turn blue, forming a beautiful gradient that you can show off to your friends!
