Ingredients
20g Chia seed
100g Milk of your choice
40gRolled oats
5-6g AJISAI / Matcha powder
100g Milk of your choice
Red Bean Paste
Plain yogurt
10g Maple syrup (optional)
Method To Assemble
- In a glass, put in 20g chia seed with 100g milk of your choice, stir well.
- Another glass, combine rolled oats, matcha powder and milk of your choice, stir to mix the ingredients together.
- Leave both (1) and (2) in the refrigerator overnight for thickening.
- Take out both oats and chia pudding from refrigerator and assemble it layer by layer.
- First, put some red bean paste at the bottom layer, follow by matcha oats mixture, chia seed pudding, then add in yogurt and drizzle with maple syrup, and repeat one more time for more layers.
- Sprinkle some matcha powder on top of the plain yogurt. Enjoy it chilled.
