Fuwa Fuwa Matcha Tofu Pudding

Ingredients
Method To Assemble
1. Mix matcha powder, stevia & soy milk until fully dissolved. (Note: The quality of soy milk will affect the texture & taste, it is better to use a good quality pure soy milk which is much creamier & rich in taste.)
2. In low heat, heat matcha mixture until shimmer, add in konyaku powder, keep stirring until completely dissolved.
3. Strain the liquid mixture into a dry container. Let it set in the fridge for an hour.
4. You may serve it directly with the actual container, or remove the container & serve it on other dishware.
