Iced Matcha Osmanthus Tea

Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp AJISAI / Matcha Powder
75ml Water
5g Brown Sugar
150ml Hot Water
For Osmanthus Tea Ice Cubes
1 Cup Hot Water
1 tbsp Osmanthus Dried Flowers
Toppings (Optional)

Method To Assemble
- For Osmanthus tea ice cubes: Steep the Osmanthus dried flowers in 1 cup of hot water for 2 or 3 minutes. Pour the tea into ice cube tray and freeze it overnight.
- Dissolve brown sugar in 150ml of hot water. Set aside to cool.
- Whisk 1 ½ tbsp of AJISAI Matcha powder with 75ml of water using ASAGAO / Chasen or YUKIWA / Matcha Mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Fill up a glass with Osmanthus tea ice cubes and pour in the brown sugar mixture.
- Pour in the matcha mixture. Sprinkle some Osmanthus dried flowers on top as finishing touch.
