Matcha-Banana Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 medium banana (mashed)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp KIKU / Matcha powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
For an extra protein boost:
1 tbsp Soluxe / Matcha Protein Powder
Method To Assemble
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar and chill overnight.
- Serve the next day with your favorite toppings! In picture: blueberries, nut butter, hemp hearts, cacao nibs.
