RECIPE
Matcha Strawberry Daifuku Mochi

Ingredients
100g Milk
22g Vegetable oils
25g Sugar
3g YURI / Matcha Powder
80g Sweet Rice Flour (Glutinous rice flour)
Red Bean Paste
Strawberries
Method To Assemble
- Combine milk and vegetable oils, add in sugar and YURI / Matcha powder, mix well.
- Add sweet rice flour to the mixture, and mix well.
- Pour into a container (remember to apply a layer of vegetable oils) and steam for 25 mins, leave it aside.
- Prepare red bean paste into 6 ball shapes (depends on your preferred size).
- Once the Mochi has cooled, divide into six portions, roll it flat and wrap the red bean paste filling as a round shape.
- Use scissors to cut the in the middle of Mochi and put strawberry on top.
