Vegan Matcha "Nice Cream"

Ingredients
6 - 8 baby bananas (or 2 normal bananas), frozen
2 tsp KIKU / Matcha powder
1 tbsp soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method To Assemble
- Whisk the matcha and soy milk together using your ASAGAO / Chasen.
- Blend the frozen bananas, matcha soy milk and vanilla extract in a food processor, scraping down the sides until smooth.
- Transfer to a container and chill in the freezer for 2 - 3 hours. When planning to consume, thaw in the fridge until a scoopable consistency is reached (it should soften in about 10-20 minutes)!
