RECIPE
Rosie Yogurt Matcha

Serves: 1 glass
Ingredients
1 tsp REN / Matcha powder
50ml Warm water
2 tbsp Rose syrup
1 bottle of Yakult drink
100ml Sparkling water
Method To Assemble
- In an ice cube tray, place a single rose petal in each section and pour in water.
- Let freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
Method To Assemble
- Mix REN / Matcha and water withYUKIWA / Matcha Hand Mixer until no clumps are visible and smooth.
- Pour the rose syrup into a glass (I used Niko Neko / Glass Cup Ver. 01.) and in rose ice cubes.
- Follow this by Yakult drink then sparkling water.
- Finish it off with REN / Matcha mixture slowly to create a beautiful layer.
- Best served chilled and enjoyed!
