Iced Latte

Mix ingredients below in a measuring cup with ASAGAO / Chasen whisk until creamy and no visible clumps:
a. 70ml of fresh milk
b. 15ml of sugar syrup (optional)
c. 6g of Matcha powder

Pour the mixture into 55ml of fresh milk with ice.


Hot Latte

Use 5.5g of Matcha powder and 150ml warm milk (65°C) instead


Iced Tea

Mix ingredients below in a measuring cup with ASAGAO / Chasen whisk until creamy and no visible clumps:
a. 75ml of water (chilled)
b. 3g of Matcha powder

Pour the mixture into 75ml of water with ice.


Hot Tea

Use 2g of Matcha powder and warm water (75°C) instead.
