Ingredients
10g Hot water (Around 85°C)
3g AKANE / Houjicha Powder
1/2 Grapefruit, cut into cubes / slices
30g Honey Yuzu Syrup
10g Lemon Juice
1 can of Tonic Water
Method To Assemble
- Dissolve AKANE/ Houjicha powder in hot water, whisk with bamboo Chasen for clump free texture, set aside.
- Fill a glass with grapefruit cubes, honey yuzu syrup, lemon juice, ice cubes and tonic water.
- Pouring Houjicha mixture on top, stir well and serve chilled.
